Returns & Exchange Policy

When you buy from us, we want to make you completely satisfied. At Little Pink & Blue, our delivery procedures are to check all items before shipping out to our customer to ensure that all items are in order and in good condition.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the goods, we will issue you a E – Cash Voucher.This E – Cash Voucher you can used it for your next purchase.

Before returning, please take time to read our Returns & Exchange Policy Guidlines carefully. We accept exchanged items for product with manufacturer’s defect. All returns & exchange must notify us via email within 3 business days after receiving the products.

The following Returns & Exchange Policy Guidelines apply:

Once we receive your return & exchange request email, we will reply to you within 48 hours. Once you receive our reply email, you may proceed to ship back the return & exchange product to us within 15 days from the Product Return Acceptance email’s date. Kindly notify us via email the shipment company name & tracking ID.

The returned goods/products MUST BE the original shipping container/packaging as received. If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund or exchange. Little Pink & Blue will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit.

Once we have received the goods/product, we will checked and confirm with a reply mail. Little Pink & Blue will than email to customer a E–Cash Voucher(excluding the delivery charges) within 7 working days. This E-Cash Voucher cannot be exchangeable for cash and can be solely used for purchase of items in online store.

Little Pink & Blue reserves the right to refuse any products of Returns & Exchange if it does not meet the above criterias.
